Fritschen joins FRCC Foundation board

Karen Fritschen

Karen Fritschen, vice president of human resources for Market Force Information, has joined the board of directors of the Front Range Community College Foundation.

Fritschen, who is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources, has worked in human resources for more than 20 years. She has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions.

Market Force Information, headquartered in Louisville, is a leading provider of customer intelligence solutions to business-to-consumer companies.  Fritschen’s previous work experience includes Intrado, Comcast, and Scripps Howard.

A community volunteer, Fritschen is a former foster parent in Boulder County. She is married with three children.

FRCC offers nearly 100 degree and certificate programs from locations in Boulder County, Larimer County, Westminster, and Brighton, and online.

FRCC is a member of the Colorado Community College System, the state’s largest system of higher education serving more than 151,000 students annually. CCCS oversees career and academic programs in the 13 state community colleges and career and technical programs in more than 160 school districts and seven other post-secondary institutions.
