GM, Raytheon donate to ACC Auto Tech Program

LITTLETON, Colo. (Sept. 20, 2013) – General Motors and Raytheon have donated a 2012 Buick LaCrosse to the Arapahoe Community College Automotive Technology Program.

“We are very grateful to GM and Raytheon for this generous donation,” said Jerry Viola, Director of Automotive Technology at ACC. “The 2012 LaCrosse will be a great asset for our students, especially those in our GM Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP).”


ACC’s Automotive Technology Program earned NATEF (National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation, Inc.) Master Accreditation for its GM ASEP automobile technician-training program in April 2012. Furthermore, ACC’s Automotive Technology program was nationally recognized as the “2011 School of the Year” by Tomorrow’s Technician magazine two years ago.
